Could this be Apple’s new tablet?
Two years ago, PC Joint, Gizmodo and WIRED posted articles about an obscure Apple patent application which described an “integrated monitor and docking station.”
Apple’s patent describes a monitor into which one can slide a portable computer. Once connected to the docking port, the portable computer can use the monitor as it’s main display.
It seems feasible that Apple could take one of it’s latest iMacs, strip out the insides and make space to slide in a 10-inch tablet.
