Issues with the iPhone 5's supposedly teardrop shape
Interesting comments at Daring Fireball highlighting some issues with a teardrop-shaped iPhone 5.
One issue I have with the teardrop-shape is that a top-heavy iPhone would be very uncomfortable to hold up to your ear. A bottom-heavy design would make more sense, ergonomically - even though it still makes no sense for a device that’s used horizontally as much as vertically.
